Transaction in Own Shares
17 December 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-
Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 17 December 2015, it purchased 451,271 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1,167.7857 pence per share (minimum price of 1,160 pence and maximum price of 1,171 pence).
The shares purchased will be cancelled.
