Bond Issue

17 June 2026 - Experian plc, the global data and technology company, announces that its subsidiary, Experian Finance US, Inc., rated A3 / A-, has priced an issue of $1billion 5.35% bonds due 24 August 2036 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued by Experian Finance US, Inc. and guaranteed by Experian plc.

This bond issue extends the maturity of the Group's debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes and the repayment of certain outstanding debt. The issue is scheduled to close on 24 June 2026, subject to customary conditions.

It is expected that the Notes will be admitted to the official list of Euronext Dublin and admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market.

The Notes are being sold to qualified institutional buyers in the United States in accordance with Rule 144A under the US Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and to non-US persons outside the United States in reliance upon Regulation S under the Securities Act. The Notes and the guarantee have not been, and will not be, registered under the Securities Act, or the securities laws of any state of the United States or other jurisdiction, and may not be offered or sold in the United States, or to, or for the account or benefit of, US persons, other than pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
