Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 and Proxy Form

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Merrion Hotel, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, D02 KF79, Ireland on Wednesday 16 July 2025 at 9.30am. A summary of the resolutions and the reasons they are being proposed is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
