NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification required by DR 3.1.4R(1).

Nil cost awards over a total of 345,707 shares was made under the Company's Employee Share Plan (the "Plan") to Alessandro Manghi which was conditional on Mr Mark Martin commencing as Chief Executive Officer and therefore Mr Manghi commencing his new role of Vice President. Mr Martin commenced as Chief Executive Officer on 8 July 2011. 230,330 shares were awarded as a Restricted Share Award under the terms of the Plan not subject to performance conditions but subject to forfeiture as set out in the Plan rules. The Restricted Share Award will vest on the third anniversary of the Date of Grant. 115,377 shares were awarded as a Conditional Share Award subject to performance conditions and a three year vesting period. No consideration is payable for grant of these awards and no consideration is due on the vesting of these awards.
