Statement on Bank Ugra
19 July 2017 - Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), notes the Central Bank of Russia's decision to place Bank Ugra under provisional administration.
The Company confirms that it does not have significant deposits with Bank Ugra, and that irrespective of the eventual outcome of the administrative processes being carried out, the Company believes that its financial exposure to Bank Ugra is immaterial.
