The 2009 Annual Report and 2010 Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 14 May 2010 and are also available on the Company's website at www.exillonenergyplc.com. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 14 June 2010 at 9 am at Cains Fiduciaries Limited, 15-19 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1LB.
