Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we hereby notify the market of the following:

As at 31 May 2016, EVRAZ plc's share capital consists of 1,506,527,294 ordinary shares of which 87,015,166 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in EVRAZ plc is therefore 1,419,512,128 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, EVRAZ plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
