Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons
EVRAZ plc was notified on 6 February 2013 by Mr Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that on 4 February 2013 he sold 105,470 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 301.85 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Abramov's indirect holding decreased to 328,345,626 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 22.30% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.
EVRAZ plc was notified on 6 February 2013 by Mr Alexander Frolov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that on 4 February 2013 he sold 52,656 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at average price of 301.85 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Alexander Frolov's indirect holding decreased to 163,958,288 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 11.13% of total issued capital of EVRAZ plc.
This notice is given in fulfillment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
