Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, evoke makes the following declaration:
As at 31 May 2025, the issued share capital and voting rights of evoke are as follows:
evoke's issued share capital consists of 449,835,316 Ordinary GBP£0.005 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).
Therefore the total number of voting rights in evoke is 449,835,316.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, evoke plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
