Private Client Acquisition
The Board of The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution") (LSE:EVG), the listed investment bank and private client investment management group, is pleased to announce that the agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary Williams de Broë Limited and BNP Paribas Wealth Management S.A. for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of BNP Paribas Private Investment Management Limited ("PIM"), as announced on 8 August 2011 (the "Agreement"), has now been completed. Completion follows the Financial Services Authority having granted its consent to the change of control of PIM, thereby satisfying the only condition in the Agreement.
The name of PIM has been changed to Williams de Broë Private Investment Management Limited.
