Eurasia Mining Regulatory News (EUA)

The following amendment has been made to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 21st December 2010 at 10.52 under RNS No 3548Y.

The number of warrants to be exercised is 1,082,427 rather than 1,095,497 as previously stated and the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 583,345,785 Ordinary Shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 1,082,427 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares").

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 24 December 2010.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 583,345,785 Ordinary Shares.
