("Eurasia" or the "Company")

Completion of Placing

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised £468,500 by way of a placing of 46,850,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Placing Shares") at 1p per share with an additional warrant for every placing shares subscribed for ("Warrant"), through WH Ireland Limited and WHI Stockbrokers Limited (the "Placing"). It is agreed that the Warrant will be exercisable at any time from the date of issue, for a period of 12 months; at a price of 1p per ordinary share.

The proceeds of the Placing will be used to fund the ongoing exploration activities of the Company over the next few months.

Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings in the Placing Shares are expected to commence on 3 October 2011.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the issue of Placing Shares, but excluding the issue of the Warrants, will be 675,193,701 Ordinary Shares.

Christian Schaffalitzky, a director of the Company, subscribed for 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Placing. Christian now holds 20,911,168 Ordinary Shares representing 3.10% of the total issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Dmitry Suschov, also a director of the Company, subscribed (through his wholly owned and controlled company, Deloan Investment Limited) for 9,500,000 ordinary shares in the placing (incorporating 4,500,000 subscribed for in lieu of salary). Dmitry Suschov now indirectly holds 234,500,000 ordinary shares representing 34.75% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The directors of the Company, with the exception of Christian Schaffalitzky and Dmitry Suchov, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser (WH Ireland Limited) consider that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
