Notice to appoint an Administrator over a subsidiary

The board of Installatiebedrijf Vriend B.V. ("Vriend"), the Company's Dutch subsidiary, has filed a bankruptcy petition to the District Court of Midden Nederland as part of the process to formalise bankruptcy.
