Notice to appoint an Administrator over a subsidiary
In the announcement of 9 July 2025, the Board of Eneraqua reported that Cenergist Limited, the Group's major trading subsidiary, was in the process of filing a notice of intention to appoint Interpath Advisory ("Interpath") as administrators and that Interpath would be managing an accelerated sale process to seek potential buyers of the business and assets of Cenergist.
This process is ongoing and as the first notice has now expired, a second notice of intention to appoint Interpath as administrators has been filed.
The Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM and further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
