Directors' Dealings

The Company has been informed of the following purchases of the Company's ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') by Directors on 24 June 2009.

Darren Throop, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.5 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 4,505,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.47% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Giles Willits, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.5 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 320,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Patrice Theroux, President of Global Filmed Entertainment, purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.6 pence per share and a further 37,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.2 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 430,457 Ordinary Shares representing 0.33% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
