Blocklisting Application

Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE:ETO) announces that a blocklisting application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange of 3,000,000 common shares of no par value ('Common Shares') pursuant to the Entertainment One Executive Share Plan. If issued, these shares will rank paripassu in all respects with existing Common Shares.
