The Company has been informed that on 28 March 2014 Giles Willits, a Director of the Company, instructed the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") to transfer 895,744 common shares held on his behalf by the EBT Trustee out of the EBT and to his broker, who will continue to hold such number of common shares on his behalf. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of shares in the Company held by Giles Willits (which amount to 3,061,322 common shares in total), which continues to represent approximately 1.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
