Result of Placing

Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE:ETO) is pleased to announce that the proposed Placing announced on 25 February 2011 was more than two times oversubscribed, and has been successfully completed with a greater number of shares placed at a higher price than originally anticipated.

Due to the high demand, the Group has had 10 million shares placed ("Placing Shares") by Cenkos Securities at a price of 160 pence per share ("Placing Price"), representing a 6% premium to the closing price on 8 March 2011. Based upon the Placing Price, the gross proceeds of the Placing will be approximately £16 million, and represent 5.6% of the Company's existing issued share capital.

The Placing Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the other common shares of the Company.

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 15 March 2011.
