Mr Drummond was appointed Director of a private company called Cornerstone Developments Limited ("Cornerstone") onΒ 23 December 1994. OnΒ 7 November 2008, theΒ BoardΒ and the shareholdersΒ of Cornerstone resolved that Cornerstone would be unable to repay its debts as they fell due andΒ was put into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation.Β
