Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Et-china, the leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Christopher Peter Rose (age 40) as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Chris joins Et-china with over 20 years experience in finance, investment, legal and property development, including 8 years working for National Westminster Bank in Project and Structured Finance. He is founder and currently managing director of QPS Developments Pty Limited, a property company operating throughout Australia. 

Chris was previously Non-Executive Director of Et-China Holdings from inception to its IPO in July 2007.

Matthew Ng, Et-china's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are delighted with the appointment of Chris Rose to the Board and are confident that his experience in Asia Pacific and personal knowledge of Et-China from its earlier days will be of great benefit to the Company as we grow and develop.
