Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

essensys plc (AIM: ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) and technology platforms to the flexible workspace and commercial real estate industries, confirms that, following an exercise of options by former employees, it has issued and allotted 12,754 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 12,754 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 11 September 2023.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 64,662,015 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 64,662,015.

The above figure of 64,662,015 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
