Re: esure Group plc's acquisition of the outstanding 50 per cent. of Gocompare for £95 million

Further to the announcement on 8 December 2014 that esure Group plc ("the Group") had conditionally agreed to acquire the outstanding 50% of GoCompare.com Holdings Limited ("Gocompare") for a consideration of £95 million and the subsequent announcement on 23 February 2015 that the transaction had received Competition and Markets Authority clearance, the Group today announces that the acquisition is now complete.
