Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), esure Group plc (the "Company") announces that

· Sir Peter Wood, Chairman of esure Group plc, was appointed as the Chairman of Gocompare.com Group plc on 12 September 2016 and that Gocompare.com Group plc listed on the London Stock Exchange on 3 November 2016; and

· Angela Seymour-Jackson, a non-executive director of esure Group plc, was appointed as the Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Gocompare.com Group plc on 12 September 2016 and that Gocompare.com Group plc listed on the London Stock Exchange on 3 November 2016.
