Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them
The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK, has been notified that on 15 October 2019, Timothy Attlee, Chief Executive Officer of the Company transferred 64,000 ordinary shares to his wife, Charlotte Attlee, for nil consideration.
Accordingly, Mr Attlee's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company have remained the same at 898,674 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.15% per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below.
