EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 20 December 2021, it purchased 10,000 of the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 335 pence per share.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 31,544,217 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the transaction is 3,072,337 Ordinary Shares.
