EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 7 July 2026, it purchased 4,201 of the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 232.60 pence per share.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 26,256,292 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the transaction is 8,658,275 Ordinary Shares.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases of Ordinary Shares made by Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis") on behalf of the Company.
