Trading Update
EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") announces that further to the announcement of the Company's Interim Report and Accounts on 8th September 2016, when progress on trading and strategic considerations at Luceco was noted, the Company's Investment Advisor has confirmed that Luceco continues to actively explore an Initial Public Offering and that pre-Initial Public Offering analyst research has now been published. If the Initial Public Offering of Luceco proceeds, it is currently expected to be completed by the end of November 2016. There is, however, no guarantee that the Initial Public Offering will proceed.
