Further to the announcement on 10 September 2024, Essentra plc, a leading global manufacturer and provider of essential components and solutions, confirms that Rowan Baker was appointed to the Board as CFO on 5 November 2024. Jack Clarke will step down from the Board on 1 January 2025.
