Appointment of Non Executive Director
Further to an announcement made on 25 June 2021, Essentra plc confirms the appointment of Adrian I. Peace as a Non Executive Director with effect from 28 June 2021.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1), Adrian I. Peace has previously advised his directorships and there are no other details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
As at the date of this announcement Adrian I. Peace does not own any ordinary shares in Essentra plc.
