BOARD CHANGES

Essentra plc, a leading global manufacturer and provider of essential components and solutions, confirms further to the announcement on 10 September 2024, that Jack Clarke stood down as Chief Financial Officer and as a director of the Board on 31 December 2024.

As announced on 7 November 2024, Rowan Baker succeeded Jack as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the Board on 5 November 2024.
