Loan Note Conversion Notice

EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), the technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, has received a conversion notice pursuant to the Unsecured Loan Note Facility announced on 28 February 2018 for the principal amount of £150,000 to be converted at 0.4p per share into 37,500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company.

Upon issue, the new ordinary shares would comprise 2.71% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

Application will be made for the admission to AIM of the new ordinary shares in accordance with the terms of the Loan Note agreement.
