Kedco plc ("Kedco" or the "Company")

Appointment of Directors

The board of Kedco wishes to announce the appointment of Brendan Halpin as an executive director and Dermot O'Connell as a non-executive director of the Company.

Brendan Halpin

Mr Halpin 37 has been employed by the Company since 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 before joining Siebel Systems Inc. His current responsibilities include, inter alia, risk management and treasury functions.

Mr Halpin owns 8,271,120 ordinary shares in Kedco representing 3.24 per cent. of Kedco's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Halpin is a director of and shareholder in Wellwin Investments Limited ("Wellwin"). Wellwin has a 50 per cent. shareholding in Kedco Howard Limited, a company jointly owned by Kedco.

Mr Halpin's other directorships comprise Kedco Agrikomp Limited, Agrikomp UK Limited, Agrikomp Limited, North East Renewable Limited and Kedco Howard Limited.

Dermot Jeremiah Patrick O'Connell

Mr O'Connell 63 is a director of Farmer Business Developments plc, a 23.55 per cent. shareholder in Kedco. Mr O'Connell is also Chairman of Cork Cooperative Marts.

Mr O'Connell's other directorships comprise Fairfield Estates Limited, Fairfield Developments Limited, CCM House Limited, Corrin Event Centre Limited, Market Green Developments Limited, Market Green Estates Limited and CCM Dovea Genetics Limited.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
