Board Change

FairFX, the low cost multi-currency payments service, announces that Nicholas (Nick) Jeffrey, non-executive director, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from the Board due to additional commitments. Nick will remain on the Board until a suitable replacement is found and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Ian Strafford-Taylor, CEO, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Nick for all his support over the last two years. His knowledge and advice was hugely valuable in guiding FairFX during the early stages as a public company and we wish him well for the future."
