Transaction in Own Shares
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in its issued share capital through Shore Capital in accordance with the terms of the share repurchase programme announced on 27 November 2023 (the "Programme") as follows:

(3) Volume weighted average price per Ordinary Share (pence): | 77.25 |
(4) Highest price per Ordinary Share (pence): | 77.25 |
(5) Lowest price per Ordinary Share (pence): | 77.25 |
(6) Intended treatment of purchased Ordinary Shares: | Cancellation |
Following cancellation, the Group's issued share capital will comprise 143,187,692 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Group will therefore be 143,187,692. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation) as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Shore Capital as part of the Programme.
