Total Voting Rights

Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors confirms that as at 31 August 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 136,028,507 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), with no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 136,028,507. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
