Director's Dealing

Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the vertically integrated manufacturer of extrusions, mouldings and fabricated low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build property and social housing sectors, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Shaun Hanrahan, Commercial Director. The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 12 May 2015.

Shaun Hanrahan has purchased 42,414 Ordinary Shares at a price of 132p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Shaun has an interest in 63,247 Ordinary Shares (of which 20,833 are via share option arrangements), representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. In addition, Shaun has a 12 per cent. interest in any value created under the Company's Management Incentive Plan ('MIP'), details of which are disclosed in Epwin's AIM Admission Document dated 14 July 2014.
