Block listing application
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announces an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 40,000 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Epwin Group plc SAYE option scheme.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will be effective on 19 July 2021.
