Earthport PLC19 July 2006 Earthport plc ('Earthport' or 'the Company') Purchase of Ordinary Shares by Directors 19 July 2006 The Company announces that Mike Harrison, Executive Chairman, has purchased50,000 Ordinary 10p shares of Earthport at a price of 22p per share, bringinghis total holding up to 150,000 Ordinary shares. Neil Clayton, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 25,000 Ordinary 10p sharesof Earthport at a price of 20.5p per share, bringing his total holding up to100,000 Ordinary shares. Colin Medway, Non Executive Director, has purchased 10,000 Ordinary 10p sharesof Earthport at a price of 20.5p per Ordinary share.
