Epic Group PLC18 August 2005 Epic Group plc ("Epic" or the "Company")Additional Listing Epic announces that on 18 August 2005 Mr Stephen Oliver, a director of the Company, exercised options over 46,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 55p per Ordinary Share. As a result, 46,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") have been issued and allotted to Mr Oliver. Application will be made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The Shares, which represent the totality of Mr Oliver's holding of Ordinary Shares and 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital, will be assented to theoffer for the Company made by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein on behalf of Huveaux plc on 28 July 2005 in accordance with an undertaking entered into by Mr Oliver on 27 July 2005. For the purposes of Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers ("the City Code"), Epic confirms that, following the exercise of the above mentioned options, it has 24,182,103 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.
