Director/PDMR Shareholding - acquisition of shares by Chairman
EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), has been notified that Mark Hodgkins, Executive Chairman, today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 49.3p per share. Following this purchase, Mark Hodgkins holds 540,902 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
