EnQuest PLC ('EnQuest') announces that Laurie Fitch, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down upon expiry of her service agreement on 8 January 2021.

Martin Houston, Chairman of EnQuest:

"I would like to thank Laurie most sincerely on behalf of the Board for her valuable contribution during her time with EnQuest. In particular, her work with the Employee Forum and on the broad ESG agenda across the company has been extremely helpful. She will be missed and I wish her all the best for her future endeavours."
