Endeavour Files Executive Employment Agreement With U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission
HOUSTON, June 3 -- Endeavour International Corporation today announced that it has filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission that details an amended and restated employment agreement with William L. Transier, chairman, chief executive officer and president. The new contract extends the term of his employment to May 31, 2011 and makes administrative and technical changes to various provisions in order to maintain compliance with the Internal Revenue Code in the United States. There were no changes in compensation as part of the agreement. The contract is attached to the filing that is available on the company's website at http://www.endeavourcorp.com.
