Endeavour Files Technical Amendment
HOUSTON, Feb. 3 -- Endeavour International Corporation today announced that the company has filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to reflect a technical correction to terms of its Series C Convertible Preferred Stock after a previously announced partial redemption. The company also filed an amendment to a previously filed Form S-3 to transmit exhibits to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
