The Board of Empresaria has been notified that Anthony Martin (Chairman) yesterday purchased 3,234,049 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 36p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Martin's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares are as follows:
