The GroupΒ alsoΒ announces that Tim Sheffield has decided, after 12 years with the Group, to step down as non-executive director at its Annual General Meeting.Β Tim, managing director of Sheffield Haworth Limited, a leading executive search firm focusing on the financial services industry,Β has been actively involved with the Group's development since its inception. The search for a replacement non-executive director will begin shortly and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.Β
