Annual Report and AGM

Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group") is today posting its Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. Empresaria's AGM will be held on 10th July 2008 at 12.30pm at the offices of Kaupthing, Singer and Friedlander at One Hanover Street, London, W1S 1AX.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are available to download on the investor relations section of the Group's website: www.empresaria.com.

The Group also announces that Tim Sheffield has decided, after 12 years with the Group, to step down as non-executive director at its Annual General Meeting. Tim, managing director of Sheffield Haworth Limited, a leading executive search firm focusing on the financial services industry, has been actively involved with the Group's development since its inception. The search for a replacement non-executive director will begin shortly and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
