European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") confirms that Lincoln Bloomfield Jr., non-executive director, purchased 98,750 Ordinary Shares traded as Chess Depositary Interests ("CDIs") on the ASX in the Company. Mr Bloomfield is now interested in 401,600 CDIs in the capital of the Company, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
