European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") confirms that Lincoln Bloomfield Jr., non-executive director, purchased 123,400 Ordinary Shares on the ASX in the Company. Mr Bloomfield is now interested in 525,000 shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
