London, 02 October 2018 - Man Group plc today announces that Nina Shapiro, who has served as an independent non-executive director since 2011, will retire from the Board on 9 October 2018.

Ian Livingston, Chairman of Man Group, said: "I would like to thank Nina for her major contribution to the Board over the past seven years. Her valuable perspective on global financial markets has supported Man Group as we have diversified and expanded internationally, and we are very grateful for her guidance and insight. On behalf of the Board, I wish her all the very best for the future."
