Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 22 July 2021 that Mr Alex Scrimgeour, Chief Executive Officer of Everyman, purchased 32,300 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 139 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Scrimgeour is interested in 196,783 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
