Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the Director/PDMR Shareholding and Issue of Equity announcement released on 19 April 2018, the Company clarifies in relation to the sale of 327,848 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Paul Wise as previously announced, that the 327,848 Ordinary Shares were held by a trust of which Mr Wise and a person closely associated with Mr Wise are the primary beneficiaries and have an interest in possession. Accordingly, an amendment to the previous MAR transaction notification is set out at the end of this announcement.
In line with the announcement released on 19 April 2018, as a result of the sale Mr Wise and his persons closely associated hold a beneficial interest in 2,535,992 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.62 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
